Balance not working

3 games in a row one team more than 15 players less than opposing side.

It is happening 5 - 10 games a day, sometimes more and becoming a joke.

Not sure what needs to be fixed but it needs to be.

The auto balance is working just fine.
It does not move people immediately. It takes a few minutes to move players around.

I was playing a few of those rounds with you(on my alt account) and saw you didn't say a damn thing about balance when your team was stacked and winning.

I can send you the game logs if you like.
I'm not saying you didn't switch. I'm saying you only complain when your team is not stacked.
Every single round is not perfect. People leave and people join constantly.
It is what it is. We can not control every round to make sure the round is stuck at the B flag.

When stacked I swap so as to save the enemy having to point it out.

The issue seems to be 10 people all deciding to head down the pub for a few beers between rounds or quitting on mass as a game starts, I know that is a hard part to manage but it has been making some one sided affairs
