This is a formal complaint against cabecinhaprafora

cabecinhaprafora is abusing the vote system, trying to ban me for Racism/Harassment?

He trys to vote ban me saying I am spamming racist remarks? I haven't made no racists remarks towards him or anybody else today/this AM.
he also is saying I am harassing, when i haven't. This is a everyday thing.. kinda getting old now!
