I reported him 2 times in this round . During my first reporitng , He killed 5x already and became RU team No.1 .
Dont know why he left and rejoin again . So it looks like he killed only 6 .
He killed only 6 due to we start a voteban to him .
He might be banned or he left before the last one !voteyes .
I still report him in here just in case .

His style is silence weapon and duck walk with support class .
Not sure about he was using wallhack or Spot hack .

And we all know on earth , a support holding a silence weapon with duck walk dont have a chance to become the No.1 in scoreboard .
