$username - banned, Possible bug?

Hi, Yesterday I played on this server and suddenly appeared in chat this:

$put_some_username - banned

the problem is that many players were banned for no reason, such this for example:

canuto
general_zeus
knightwrbf3
desgracera
gyull
and anothers approximately 15 users in total

I think they were banned more users days before

Here some users know these and know they are legal, what happened?

1. drunk admin pressed a wrong button?
2. someone found a bug on XN?
3. upgrading system?

please check the list of lastest banned for to see if there is a problem
