This player was on the XN server just before this post, and I confirmed based on other player complaints that he was in fact using a 1-shot kill hack, with aim snap. He was using a standard rifle at the time. He was also using a switch to turn off the hack from time to time when XN members were around him to prevent being caught, until he slipped and I caught him myself.
