    Today is my first day on exercising

    Whell today i am going to start exercising to lose some weight and now i wonder what is the best method to burn fat? Im on youtube figuring out just what to do?

    Okay so I'm a little bit of a gym nut myself and here is something that people have a mind set on when it comes to losing weight. You HAVE to start small and slow. You can't just jump into running a mile, your muscles aren't prepped for it and oxygen to the muscles will be insufficient. I learned this a long time ago before I started weight lifting because I wanted to lose weight. Most importantly, cut back on the unhealthy foods. That'll take good care of a portion of your weight loss concerns off. Try one soda a week and be careful drinking juices and stuff. I highly recommend doing at least 15 push ups and 25 crunches a day and walking for about half a mile every other day increasing speed and length over 3 weeks.
