Ahead of the physical release of Bayonetta 1 on Switch

The two Bayonetta Switch games just got a version 1.1.0 patch (1, 2), mostly to shore things up language-wise (Korean, and traditional/simplified Chinese) ahead of the release of Bayonetta 3 in October ? as well as the debut of the first Bayonetta on Switch in physical form.
Due out on September 30 (mine already shipped!), a $30 physical edition of the original game will be released, said to be "limited in number" by Nintendo directly. Interestingly enough, the Masquerade Edition of Bayonetta 3 will have three sleeves, which will allow you to store the first entry in it.
It's a flood of Bayonetta-related news! It's weird to think that this series debuted in 2009 (!), and it's still alive and kicking today. It just speaks to the overall quality of it, as some of Platinum's best work to date: and two of the best technical action games of all time. Hopefully Bayonetta 3 will complete the trifecta.
