I don't see any problem with this player, I have less hours, better accuracy and better hskr than him with M40A5 and I play as medic mostly LOL

You can't use cheat-o-meter website as an end-all for checking for cheats.
It's just one of many tools used together.

My cheat score on my alt account is a little over 4% and I don't cheat.
