Players who abuse vote kick / ban

There are players who abuse the use of the votekick / ban and they should be punished.
Legitimate players are kicked or banned by noob players who can not distinguish a good player from a cheater.
This noob player whenever I'm playing insists on getting the votekick / ban

i reported him too.. voted ban me with reason: 1 shooter (can't remember the exact words he said)..

well i did 1 shot him, as i recall.. using spas + slug + near hug position (he was jumping or running right into me).. i wonder if sir ruk ever shot him from front stairs o_0

and after first vote failed, he tried again with camping as a reason *again don't remember the exact words but it was totally absurd hence no one votes*..

i gladly reported him, end of story with me, yet i saw another dudes become his target.. I can understand when player sometimes feel overwhelmed because of dying, i do too.. but this guy is literally freaking childish (or maybe he is a child idk either)..
