i personally think there should be a third person mod now that valve can now have custom servers have third person im them
but the people get to chose in game if they want to swich between third and first person

im not sure if this is a thing on CSGO but back in the day there was zombie servers where you played against hordes of Ai controlled zombies and the objective was to survive as long as you could against waves as they got progressively harder and harder... id like to see that one day again
