Lao3pla constant mortar use

Hey guys this player was on the server earlier today , and we were getting base raped in RU and he started using MORTAR from ALLEY at us , that just made the game less enjoyable.The tickets were 850 to 650 so it was going to be a long round if he continued.

Someone started a vote but it did not get through and even his own players were messaging him to stop using the Mortar.

Just thought I should bring it to your attention because if he comes on again we know most likely he will resort to using it again.
