Toggling Cheater

I've never once had to make a thread here regarding a player cheating since it's usually done right away. Here this guy was toggling 100%. AEKsprayer & I were squadding and we spotted it right away, called him out mid match and he dipped before the voteban process could start. Don't have any video proof. Battlereport of the match below if it helps. Specifically his player model would spasm violently and lock onto you and kill you right away. He wasn't doing that at the beginning of the round and he continued this throughout the rest of the match.

Yeah, He got auto banned at the end of the round.
