Not much information is available so far, but it is listed as a haunted house on the Halloween Horror Nights 2023 event listing (https://www.universalorlando.com/hhn/en/us). The event page claims that "you and your squad will join Joel and Ellie and encounter the haunting and overgrown world in a brand-new terrifying way as you make your way through an abandoned Pittsburgh." The announcement tweet also says we should "prepare to encounter Clickers, Hunters, and more."
