The publisher has some end-of-summer newsMore streams are getting locked in for the summer of gaming news, and today, THQ Nordic joins the lineup. THQ Nordic will host a digital showcase on August 11, spotlighting plans for its upcoming lineup of games.
The stream will air live on THQ Nordic's channels over on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/thqnordic), Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/thqnordic), and Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/publisher/THQNordic). THQ Nordic's showcase will kick off at 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET on August 11, with HandyGames hosting a pre-show leading into the main event.

THQ Nordic has a few titles lined up already, including the newly remade Alone in the Dark (https://www.destructoid.com/alone-in-the-dark-revealed-thq-nordic-embracer-trailer/), Outcast 2, racing-destruction game Wreckreation, and more. Heck, there was an unannounced, unrevealed title I played at PAX East (https://www.destructoid.com/pax-east-2023-favorites-from-the-show-preview-hands-on/) that involved a crack squad of soldiers and some solid tactics. Here's hoping that's on the docket for this THQ Nordic showcase.

But especially after 2020 shifted everything online, that window has opened up a bit. And with no E3 to pin things down (https://www.destructoid.com/e3-2023-cancelled-reedpop-esa-industry/) this year, the summer is looking like another one filled with developer and publisher showcases. We've got the Summer Game Fest kick-off in June, as well as streams from Xbox (https://www.destructoid.com/xbox-games-showcase-e3-2023-starfield-bethesda-live-stream/), Ubisoft (https://www.destructoid.com/ubisoft-locks-in-plans-e3-adjacent-forward-2023/), the PC Gaming Show (https://www.destructoid.com/pc-gaming-show-2023-edition-june-news/), and more.
