This is from Prime Matter (https://primematter.gg/en-us), Koch Media's "premium gaming label," where Payday 3 and others lie (https://www.destructoid.com/koch-media-prime-matter-payday-3-kings-bounty-2-new-painkiller/), so there's some inherent promise there that it'll be given the budget it needs. At a glance, it looks like it's a story about awakening something humanity shouldn't have.
