Admin abuse?

I'll start off by saying I wasn't banned, just kicked so this isn't a super big deal to me. If it gets ignored it gets ignored and I'll forget about it. Here's the link to the battlelog http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/battlereport/show/1/92263495/286758924/ , I was only 31 to 8 so I hadn't even killed that many people, but after what I'm pretty sure was my first kill on byCarlsJr I was kicked shortly after.
I was using the an-94, the weapon I use pretty much every round on the server and no one has said a thing about it, unless there's some new rule against the gun I'm unaware of? If there is I honestly think its dumb but I'll go along with it. As can be seen in this 3 minute twitch highlight, after the kill it looks as though he tries to kick me in chat, without so much as a warning, but failed. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/469127229
If that was supposed to be a warning, perhaps unknown or nexus would've been better than typing unko, or hell, unkno even. Unko isn't even correct as far as shortening unknown goes. I glanced at the message and thought rip whoever that guy is and it completely left my mind.
I also didn't even realize it before but he seems to be using frag rounds in the clip? Which after opening this part of the forums I've learned there's a rule against so if I'm not wrong, wtf?
I'm not expecting or even wanting punishment for him, but perhaps a heads up to not kick someone just because he doesn't like them using a certain weapon? Or if that's allowed, maybe a word of warning beforehand? SS of the kick message in browser https://puu.sh/E6OGf.png

Hi, I'm the admin that kicked you. You're using a glitched gun with macro. The gun is not banned, just by me when I'm on the server. i.e. shoot me with it, i kick you. I could have scripted it to kick every time someone uses it, but I didn't.

What about the gun is glitched? Its intended to fire the way it does, and I think its obvious I wasn't using a macro as the gun isn't firing consistently or as fast as it can.

If you're actually allowed to do this, which I'm guessing you are since you're so open about it, you could at least give people the chance to switch instead of essentially just saying fuck you to them. Even if I or anyone else knew that was one of your rules when you're on the server I or they may not even have the chance to switch before its too late.

Yeah, I've messaged rukus about it but as I said since he's so open about it, I'm presuming this is pointless. Which if things are going to stay exactly as they are regarding him being able to do this, the simple change of a warning first at the very least isn't too much to ask for.

Or maybe just outright ban the gun instead of allowing an admin of a server trying to obtain donations to essentially throw a fit while acting like he's being nice about it. Why would you even suggest that for your own personal rule if it hasn't even been implemented for the frag round ban on the server as a whole?

Again, what glitch? Nothing about the gun is glitched, it works exactly as dice intended it to. He's said nothing about me using a glitch, just the gun being glitched. You can see in this battlelog http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/battlereport/show/1/92263422/286758924/ that he was on my team in the prior round and was evidently perfectly fine with me using it, he even waited until I had 20+ kills in the match I was kicked in to kick me, I was only kicked because I happened to kill him with the gun. Nothing about that says I was kicked for abusing a glitch, just that he gets upset whenever he's killed by that gun. Doesn't care if anyone else gets killed by it clearly, else I'd have been kicked immediately if he truly thinks its glitched and isn't just abusing his power. Considering he's using frag rounds which have been banned on the server, I can't see this as anything but power abuse. Also, while its not definitive proof that I wasn't using a macro, it does prove that I'm capable of firing the an-94 at near its max fire rate of 1200. I can just about achieve the 10 clicks per second needed, though not whenever I want as shown by the inconsistencies in my clicks per second.
